Sharyl Nelson, RPh.

Sharyl Nelson has been with Boone Drugs, Incorporated since May, 2003.  While she may be one of the newest members of the Boone Drug family, Sharyl is one of our most experienced pharmacists.  She has been a practicing pharmacist since March, 1974!  You can find Sharyl at Boone Drug at New Market and at Foscoe Pharmacy.

Sharyl attended pharmacy school at the University of Georgia. Her favorite thing about being a pharmacist is that she learns something new everyday!  It's never boring.  Each person and each drug is unique! Sharyl is a flower gardener and is in the process of learning a whole new gardening zone. Her favorite thing about the High Country is that after dealing with Atlanta traffic for years, she can't believe she can ride on the Parkway to get to work!  Living in the High Country is a dream come true for both Sharyl and her husband.  They moved here so her husband could have room for cows and Sharyl could be close to her sister (Dottie Proffitt) and brother in law.
