Boone Drug and Healthcare at Deerfield is licensed for Home Care Service.  We provide our patients with outstanding Nursing Care in the convenience of your own pharmacy.  We want to make our services affordable to our patients.  We do not bill insurance or accept Medicare or Medicaid in this clinic.  We accept cash, check or charge only for these services.

Monitoring

 Lowering LDL cholesterol is the primary goal of drug therapy.  Raising HDL cholesterol and lowering triglycerides are secondary goals.  Periodic testing will determine whether you have met your goals.  Our patient friendly finger stick sample provides the test and results in one visit.

All patients will be required to fill out a patient questionnaire and health history form.  It is important to know your medications, immunization record and drug allergies.

Immunizations

 Before you travel anywhere in the world, make sure you have the appropriate immunizations.  Travelers planning international vacations and business trips can finally come to one location for the medication, injection and trip information they need before traveling to foreign countries.

 Our Clinic offers several immunizations.  These are given when available and appointments are necessary for certain vaccines and tests.  No appointment is necessary for flu and pneumonia vaccines which are given each fall at Boone Drug at Deerfield.  Be sure to check our website under events for more information on when flu shots are offered.
